Cod Provisions LLC was founded in 1996 by Sue Faria. A self confessed
workaholic by nature, Sue decide at age 40 that if she was going to continue to
put her heart and soul into her work it would be a great deal more rewarding if
it was her own company. Her husband worked in the cranberry industry on Cape
Cod, a major cranberry growing region and the birthplace of the industry back
in the early 1800’s, which sparked the idea for a regionally branded line of
cranberry confections. Cape Cod Cranberry Candy™ was born.

Today the company has two
brands of specialty chocolate and fruit confections: Cape Cod Cranberry Candy™ and Harvest Sweets®. Products include
chocolate covered fruits, fruit truffles, chocolate bars with fruit and our
signature Cranberry Bog Frogs®. The emphasis is on unique, high quality,
gourmet fruit and chocolate combinations in attractive, eye-catching packaging
incorporating photos of fresh fruit.
